Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order details: name, shipping address, email, and order contents, so we can fulfill and ship your order.
• Payment information: handled directly by Shopify at checkout. We receive a confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits), never your full card number.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics about page visits — which pieces and pages get viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what device type they use — so we can see which work resonates. Our analytics don’t use cookies, don’t record your screen, and can’t follow you to other websites.

How we use it

To process orders, arrange printing and shipping, send order updates, respond to inquiries, and keep the shop running and secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the shop, including:

• Shopify: our store platform — it runs checkout and processes payments.
• The print shop that produces your order (a shop here in Hawaii for island orders, or one on the U.S. mainland): they print and ship your order, so they receive your shipping details.
• Hosting (Vercel), analytics (Vercel Analytics and PostHog, both in the anonymous, cookie-free configuration described above), and email (Resend): to serve the site, understand what’s working, and send order and inquiry confirmations.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site are the ones Shopify needs to run your cart and checkout — the kind a shop can’t work without. Our analytics are cookie-free, and nothing here tracks you across other sites, which is why you don’t see a cookie banner. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout won’t work without Shopify’s.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send a note through the contact form or DM @artiststephsig.
